Worst managed tournament enrolment system in the history of tournament enrolment systems!Registration opens 3 weeks before a said tournament at 8 pm. We registered our child and got confirmation at 8.06pm on the day registration opened. Paid the fees for GS, GD and XD. Two days before the tournament, without any explanation, we were told that she was withdrawn from the tournament coz total enrolments exceeded total draws! If that was the case, why would they allow the enrolment in the first place? The site is still saying she's enrolled. My fees is not refunded. They don't pick up the phones or answer the emails properly. Worst managed service.
