We are very happy with the rug we purchased at Rug and Weave. It is the perfect colour and is very cushiony. And, shortly after we purchased it, it went on sale so the company honoured the sale price, which was an added bonus.

Found the website on a google search, easy ordering, great quality, love the pillow covers. Took a little longer to ship them I expected, but would not hesitate to order again. All said, very happy with my purchase.

Read their shipping policies before placing an order, or do yourself a favour and don’t place an order with them. I wish i knew before how terrible and useless their customer service is and how long it takes for a rug that is supposedly “in stock” to deliver. It’s been 4 weeks and i have no way to track my order and can’t seem to reach any customer service representative despite leaving multiple voice mails (because they NEVER pick up the phone).

Recommended by a friend, the shopping experience exceeded my expectations. Great selection of quality gift items for the home including seasonal gifts. Knowledgeable, helpful staff, superb layout with items for kitchen, bath, living room and sleeping areas nicely placed together. Lower floor with rugs, some furniture and lighting.

First purchase with Rug & Weave... beautiful, high-quality pillow cover made in-house! Versatile, neutral colours that will work with different choices, and gives me the boho/casual look I wanted for this room. It arrived quickly as it was in stock, and was smartly packaged. I used my own insert so can't comment on quality of same. I will definitely use this company again and happy to support an Ontario-grown decor/design business!

Shout out to Melissa who went above & beyond in delivering best-in-class customer service! I placed an order online and wanted to include a gift note and gift receipt in the shipment. I called the store and Melissa tracked down my order, hand wrote the note, and sent me a photo of the finished package. Truly exceptional service and a shop I will support again.

I love your cushion covers so much I ordered another right away. Fine quality, attention to detail and the fabrics are awesome. The first order was filled incorrectly but Customer service was incredible and the problem was rectified immediately. I’ll be shopping here again in the future. Highly recommend!

These hydrangeas are gorgeous BUT ever one of the six were missing flower panicles. The worst was missing 6 of 13 panicles. So I dismantled it to repair the others.

Amazing atmosphere with amazing staff. The staff are super helpful and willing to help and answer any questions you may have. You can tell there is much care when showcasing their products around the store and they have the cutest things to freshen up your space!
