My initial overall my experience was very good. There was some delay waiting for parts but that just seems to be a reality in todays world. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The problem I've had since writing this review is some poor workmanship and being told that work was done that was not. Asking to have my furnace issues addressed and told it was done but when I tested furnace just before leaving on a trip it was not working. Tried calling and leaving messages for service manager but my calls were never returned. I ended up having to take my fifth wheel to Woody's RV in Red Deer and they had the problem fixed in a few hours and they did it next day without an appointment because Royalty RV was ignoring my calls and I was travelling right away. This calling the service manager and leaving messages only to be ignored happened twice for two different issues with work that was done poorly or not at all. Some work that was done that had to be redone and service manager openly blamed a specific employee to me, the customer, saying this is why he isn't there anymore. Even when the work was redone I personally had to redo it myself because after inspection at my home it was coming apart again.My overall experience went from very good to not so good after trying to get issue's with their work addressed. I hope other's have a better experience.

Had my sagway snarler 2022 at 154 km wouldn't turn over took it to them they went over the whole machine and found the issue within 40 minutes fixed it drained water from fuel pump and tightened up the parking break extra , all for 352.80 $ was a good experience gotta figure out my machines warranty tho haha

I purchased a 2022 Nash 24B from Royalty RV (formerly integrity RV) in February. I was waiting to write my review until I had dealt with every single department there. All of the staff are extremely helpful from sales, to finance, to dealing with warranty issues, service work, extra/custom modifications. Everyone remembers your name even when you walk in months later. I highly recommend Royaly RV for purchasing a Northwood MFG unit or for anything parts & service related. They area leaps and bounds above any other RV dealer in Alberta.

Wow, service, service, service. We are so happy that we dropped in to view a RV!!! Happy campers is an understatement. Al, Jesse, Mike and Hans, what a team. Highly recommend that anyone searching for a new or used RV see them first hand. Honest, fair and they definately care about helping you make the right choices. We bought a Salem Hemisphere and are very happy we popped into Royalty RV. Stop, see them, you will not be disappointed.

Had some hail damage repairs done to my holiday trailer, and they did a fantastic job. It was a really big job, so they had it in there for a while, and it looks like it's bran new again right off the lot. They will be my go-to for any and all repairs moving forward! I recently had an awning fabric replaced and when I picked up technician showed me that after replacement awning will no longer stay in a partially open position due to a spring that has broken This was not broken before my trailer had awning fabric replaced by Loyalty Rv. I asked how this happened and he said “it just happens”. I asked why he didn’t replace spring and was told it is too expensive($1800.00). I feel this is damage done during awning replacement and should be completed by Royalty Rv. The reason I did not discuss this when I picked up is I was not told until after I paid and was ready to leave. I was in a hurry as I was leaving on vacation the next day(June1/23). Another thing that concerns me is it took a week to complete this awning replacement. I hope to hear from you.John Kilback

This place is an absolute joke and it all started in 2019 when I bought my trailer, promised a delivery date and it was then goi g to be 2 months late. They did make it right but I needed to pick an alternate trailer last minute.The service department here is an absolute joke. Have had issues from day 1. Paid for mouse protection and then trailer was I tested with mice. They sent the sprayer to my acreage and found out the mouse protection was never actually put in the trailer they just took my money for it.Every single time the trailer has been in for warranty there has been items missed and poor workmanship. There is zero quality control.I also have the platinum protection which is annual inspections and service. I recently picked the trailer up from dealer and specifically asked if the inspection was completed and was told yes. Within 100km a tire blew ripping all my skirting on the trailer. I spoke to 2 different Ok tires and was told by both that if a proper inspection was completed they would have noticed some separation. However. heather refuses to take zero accountability and therefore this $5000 platinum protection is absolute garbage.Also when I recently picked up trailer I paid Royalty Rv I believe 2 hrs to go through trailer, flush everything and ensure everything is working properly. Once I got camping all lines were straight antifreeze so I paid for nothing and yet again they refuse to do anything for me.Any donkey can sell a trailer, the service department is what matters and well these jokers are a zero!Strongly recommend to avoid this dealership.
