Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning

Really like working with this company. They’ve installed our A/C, done furnace and water heater maintenance and diagnosed a problem with our gas fireplace. Always leave the workspace as clean as it was when they arrived. Work has always been completed on time and per estimate. Happy to recommend them.

My furnace wasn’t heating up and the tech Sean Made sure we where help ASAP for a new install, I told one of the guy that installed the furnace that I had to much air going towards the bedroom so he went and placed a aluminum sheet halfway over the ventilation so air was distributed towards the kitchen, they listened to my need and it wasn’t even a week and finely the house is warm. They where helpful and answered all my questions, thank you PRO WEST! , they deserve 5 stars

Technician Sean showed up on time and was courteous, professional and quick. Very pleased with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro West or use them again!

The service and assessment itself were amazing. However, i booked an initial date for the assessment and time and had to move around a few personal appointments to ensure I would be free during the assessment. My assessment was postponed and delayed to a later day on the morning of the day it was scheduled and I just received one call to my house phone and one to my cell with a voicemail to inform me this had been done. I feel that once an appointment has been booked, it should be final and also when calling the business to ask why this was done, I was rudely given the answer that it was not their fault and they did everything in their power to ensure that I was made aware. I understand that things happen and appts can be postponed but it would have been nice to not be given attitude over the phone for why this occurred, and I could have been given one or more calls to either one of my numbers to confirm that I had received this information and did not have to wait around while no one was going to come to my residence on that day. Also as I am with shaw mobile, the service on my cell is bad and my call disconnected while speaking to a representative. I Then received a voicemail saying that if I had hung up out of frustration, that they would cancel the appointment I had initially been given unless I call them back to confirm that I did not hang up out of frustration, which was never the case. I generously gave 3 stars but after ur responses will kindly change it to 2 as opposed to 1. If anyone is planning on getting an ac unit go with moore and russel. Better price, better service. The moore and russel employee spent an hour and a half doing my assessment, saw that my furnace duct by sears wss incorrectly placed and even offered to fix that at the cost of just materials. Pro west's assessment wss 5 minutes long and postponed. More and russel said they wud def not allow something like that to occur and ensure another technician was sent or atleast that I was repeatedly called till it was confirmed I knew my appt was cancelled. I believe it was Pam on the phone that was initially very polite when trying to get my business but when I called to ask why my appt was delayed with barely any notification, didn't receive a single apology and instead received attitude and blame for not being more diligent and checking my voicemail. Your service was well below satisfactory and any company would have atleast apologized once and not blamed the customer for not checking voicemail when I just expected it would be a regular call confirming the appointment, not a cancelation. I received an assessment from you guys not any actual work which is correct and never will. Nor would I recommend anyone else does, and suggest you go with moore and russel instead better in all aspects. I never take the time out of my day to write reviews, especially bad ones, as I would hate to compromise someone's job and how they provide for their families, but have never before not received an apology for something that genuinely was the company's fault (same day cancelathion fr what ended up being just a 5 min assessment. And then received blame in a rude tone and excuses rather than an apologyPurely unprofessional =[.

I was really happy with the new service I received from this company during my new boiler service. They performed an efficient yet comprehensive review of what work needed to be done over a video call. I was quoted a competitive price and the install was scheduled within a couple days.On the day of the installation I received a message to let me know the installers were on the way, once on site the technical team were professional and courteous and the job was finished to a great standard.

We had our hot water tank replaced. Three technicians showed up… They were pleasant, informative, and efficient. They replaced our hot water tank with a much better one that they recommended, which we asked for. There were notable delays to get them to reply by email… But calling Pam at the office always got us answers, or fairly rapid email follow ups. Their estimate seemed a little high at first, but we asked for a more detailed quote, and then it made sense. Our strata required some documents from them, and the were quite willing to provide us with those. They did not do a pre-visit, as I sent them photos of the tank itself and of its surrounding, as well as of the decal with the model number, etc … along with measurements of the old tank… and I think this saved us some money. We are happy all around and we would recommend this company to anyone wanting to replace their hot water tank.

We were very impressed with the Pro West service technicians. Our new furnace is working beautifully! They worked very hard to get everything done, including setting up for future install of AC. They were very nice and did an amazing job of cleaning up after the install. Kevin was amazing. Very knowledgeable and pricing was reasonable. We didn't feel like we were being taken, or that he was looking to upsell us. We will definatly be using Pro West again for our yearly maintenance of or gas fire place. Would highly recommend.
