I encourage everyone trying to flagpole" and waiting excessively to DEMAND to talk to the superintendant on duty about CBSA's unreasonable delay. And also email their MP and the Prime Minster about CBSA's failings. You don't need to be a citizen to do that.If they waste your time

Terrible experience. Held us up for 8 hours at their agency because of some random misconnection 30 years ago. Instead of just denying the traveler from entering in the beginning, they held out party of 8 up at the agency all night including a 4 year old child. Literally no one was at the agency visitor wise and they decided to make us wait for no reason at all. Barely any assistance. Kept us there but wouldn’t help us find a ride out of the country. Skip this border site because the officers here think it’s funny to keep you and your family on edge.

CBSA is helpful, cool in handling work permit related . A bit of waiting is required to get work permit and car clearance. Overall satisfactory.

I come through here every Saturday night and they scan my barcode and I'm through within 5 minutes. I would pick this place over any other border for wait times. Through the week I really couldn't tell you how busy it is. As for weekends I definitely recommend it.

Pathetic Service and too much wait. Officers are too lazy to do work :(...Please replace them if possible. Too much talking instead of doing work and they asked us where you guys going and we said we are going on a vacation and they asked where are we staying we said we don’t know but yet but in any hotel in Toronto and we said we just decided to go today and they were rude because the officer told me hey buddy that’s not a country to enter whenever you decide. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had

Had a very pleasant experience at the Canadian Border Services on Queenston-Lewiston Bridge. The staffs here are really nice and handled my documents professionally. Do avoid the rush hour if you can though as the wait time can get really long.
