Both Dr. Fung and Dr. Nguyen are amazing optometrist who are great with children. They are very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable.The selection of glasses at this location is great, they also offer complimentary adjustments and cleaning for your purchases. Most importantly, the staff who work here are extremely kind and helpful.I highly recommend this location.

A tremendous selection of stylish and unique glasses. The customer service is excellent. Gabrielle and Erica are warm and friendly and help ensure that every decision you make is the right one.I was thrilled with the prescription sunglasses I purchased few years ago (a beautiful pair of Lafonts). They suited my face perfectly and looked great with everything in my wardrobe.I was extremely upset when I lost them just a few weeks ago. I immediately returned to Queen Spectacle where Gabrielle and Erica were not only kind and sympathetic, but were able to reorder the exact pair I had lost. I am happily back to wearing the glasses I love every day!!

Amazing customer service, and the doctor was very accommodating with my needs. I personally suffer from anxiety, especially when it comes to medical stuff. Dr Nguyen made sure I was comfortable during the whole eye exam and provided me with the advice I needed to make an informed decision about my glasses.A very large selection of glasses to try and choose from. The lady who was helping me, I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was incredibly kind and willing to help, and explained things very well for someone who's making a first time purchase with glasses.

I walked into Queen Spectacle and was greeted by two absolutely lovely women, Gabi and Erica. Not only were they incredibly pleasant, they knew their product line and what would look best on my face. I've been going to QueenSpectacle for many years now. What keeps me coming back are many things including selection, staff and service.The folks who work there, Gabi and Erica are so stylish and glamorous and they are so smart and amazing at their role. They make you want to be their friend because they're so darn good at their job.They always have amazing product to show you, and they really know what suits your face. I've never felt pressure to buy any particular name brand and I feel like they make decisions based on what works best for the customer not what may offer the most profit.My child LOVES it when our insurance coverage comes up because they know it's time for fun and funky glasses. They have the most stylish glasses for kids, and now for tweens/teens. My kid has only worn glasses from QueenSpectacle and the selection for kids is stellar. My kid will only wear turquoise frames and for the past 4 years, the folks have really hit it out of the park in finding fun frames that work and meet the particular requirements of my kid.I will never go anywhere else. Please don't ever leave because I will be eye glasses lost without your help!

This store has been my optometrist for a few years now and always have professional advice. It's always a pleasant experience at their store and they are always very helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me find parts for a frame that wasn't from their store and install the part. I also never wore contacts before this store helped guide me better. They have style tips too. Always send me everything electronic. Lots of pluses in general.

Really amazing place with great staff. I had only a small window of time to purchase frames and lenses, and I came out with two pairs from the designer I was looking for. I’m loving my new glasses and would highly recommend Queen Spectacle!

I recently had to get contact lenses and new lenses for my glasses, and decided to go to Queen Spectacle. Despite the changes in hours and lack of walk-ins due to COVID, they were very prompt in replying to my email request and setting up an appointment to fit my schedule was easy. Gabriela was very helpful and took the time to discuss the options for my lenses so I could pick the quality and price that was best for me.Great overall service and I am extremely pleased with the finished product!

My boyfriend had a wire hit him in the eye at work. He initially called a walk in clinic, which gave the incorrect advice for his problem. We were about to go the ER, but looked up other options. Luckily, Queen Spectacle stated on their website that they would take in emergency eye issues. Despite being booked with appointments for weeks, they immediately figured out a way to accommodate him quickly after hearing the severity of the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure he received the best treatment in a timely manner. Due to their swift and professional response, he was able to heal quicker and avoid permanent damage.
