Great experience here. Booked an appt thru the app 10 mins before and they took me in gladly.Efficient service and the ladies here were very nice and helpful.

This place is on the other side and one level up of mall if you enter from Walmart, best-buy or shoppers stop side. Very hard to find. Took almost 20 min to find and walk there after entering from next to beat buy.No wonder why rating is going down for this place every day.There were two ladies who work there, both of them were talking/ chilling when I entered on this location at 4:45 after struggling to find this place almost 20 min.They don’t accept any walk-in. All fingerprinting services are by appointment only. I hate to take appointments when there are lot of other providers nearby who accept walk-in.They were rude since I had not made a appointment (the place was empty) and kept saying they were busy. I got my fingerprinting done at other providers in a cheap rate, without apointment.

Great location, friendly staff, and nice service. It is not busy, it would be the best to book your appointment in advance however, if you arrive late they still may accept you. They also accept walk-in if they are not busy. I just wondering why they don't pick up the phone since they are not really busy these days

Would love to give 0 stars. Rudest workers I have dealt with in a while. They were rude since I had not made a appointment (the place was empty) and kept saying they were busy. The main woman who I had spoke to kept rolling her eyes, like if you don’t like people don’t work in customer service. Bad look on this company, will go else where for fingerprinting needs.

Jaswinder Saini was VERY helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions professionally and made the whole process easy and comfortable! I highly recommend this commissionaires office because of the positive experience I had here. Keep it up!

Edited: an element of surprise when the supervisor called me the next working day to enquire about my experience. They made notes, watched the video (where the incident was recorded) and let me know it would be investigated further. 3 days later, I received another call to keep me updated. Suffice to say that the whole process was conducted empathetically and professionally, thank you for listening and taking positive action.-------How rude can the person taking the prints be? On the form it states to ensure the prints are sent to the specific RCMP address. When I asked, the lady said yes, but did not look at the sheet? I asked her again if it's the same one and she started arguing with me and told me she had already checked. She was very rude and even refused to acknowledge my thanks and when I wished her bye.

Ok...I was late for my appointment (book it online before coming) and they still helped me out graciously and patiently. Wonderful!
