I hate to leave a bad review because I really did enjoy my meal (pho) until I went to take a spoon full of broth into my mouth when I noticed a worm…. (It appeared to be a broccoli worm which are harmless to humans) but it was disgusting and absolutely turned me off from my meal.Management handled the situation well and refunded my money (after accidentally charging me again instead of refunding lol) besides the point.I got my money back I just hope that I didn’t eat any other worms.Won’t be back.

If there was a negative option I would give. I waited over 30 mins for my food and the staff proceeded to call me a liar when I told them that several people had received their orders who ordered after me. They proceeded to show me a receipt that wasn't even my order or my name.After telling them they have the wrong person, they realized they gave my order to someone else.I am now late getting back to work and an important meeting.Horrible customer service...no refund, and they only offered me a $5 off coupon.This was my first and last visit to Wok Box...I will stick with Thai Express

I recently visited Wok Box, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The food was delicious - I had the Singapore Cashew and it was so flavourful. I ordered the sumo size which was just enough for me. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lively. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty meal at an affordable price! 5 stars! Wok Box rocks!

Second time trying Wok Box, first time was bland and lack luster. Second time was the same. I got a Kung Pao with extra veg, faux chicken and ribbon noodles. The faux chicken was burnt and the dish had no flavor. I used a plum sauce from another dish to add flavor.The green onion cakes were amazing but that was it.

Came here for a quick lunch today. I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp, it was delicious and the portion was good as well.I have to mention that it is so sweet that they provide charge station for customers to charge their devices ❤️Highly recommended!
