Worst service ever I needed 4 batteries for my Yale pallet jack and they showed up with no supplies. The tech didn't even have grease in his gun for a maintenance service. I verbalised it to the receptionist to make sure he comes with batteries as this happened last time as well. My Bill was $3000.00 for a electric pallet jack fix and a fork lift oil change. Receptionist said $175.00Hr rate so 6hrs to do a oil change and swap batteries.I'm never going back

Worst customer service ever at their service department. Took my power jack there on a Monday. Didn't get looked at until the following Monday. Labor cost of $500 for diagnostic tests without any service done on it. Save yourself money and stress by staying away from there.

They have now told me they can't service my forklift.They can't service a caterpillar gc25k.Well that I find interesting. We've owned that lift truck 9 years now and you had no problem performing service on it. Less than a year ago. When you rebuilt my mast.And now suddenly it's a lack of preventative maintenance. Would seem that my money is no good there. If you don't want my buisness that's great but don't throw bs out there that you cannot service it.Don't lie to your customers....

Sent me an email saying they couldn't source parts for a hyster forklift with a chevy 4.3v6 I can see how hard that would be too find.Save you're troubles phone a reputable company that wants to work.

Won't service Toyota, Hyster, Caterpillar, or Nissan, Hyundai, Daewoo, Clark. They have sent me a separate email each time stating that they cannot source parts. Which kinda makes them really useless.
