Your probably not going to believe this, but me and my wife lived every minute of this unprofessional experience. As the world turns - Realtors these day meet you, get you to sign a contract agreement, discuss very little with you of the things you might want to keep before your sale is complete. They still charge 7% on the first 100,000 and 3.5% on the remaining amount, and all they do is text you or email you from listing your home to the sale of your home. Great Communicate Hey (Not) - We had a sentimental item within our selling house that was given to us by my wife's Mother & Father as a gift quite expensive and something we real wanted to keep for our new house. But because of this particular Restate lady's lack of unprofessional abilities to communicate this attached item when listing our property we now have to part with this Item and give it back to the buy's. (Very Sad Days and Long Time to Forget & Forgive) - I better stop here as I am starting to get mad again. - I I would not recommend or use Coldwell Banker Battle River Realty again not a chance and I hope you don't either.

My wife and I relocated from PEI to Galahad AB recently, we were very fortunate to have Karen Cannady working on our behalf on the purchase of our new home. Karen went out of her way to help with all relevent information, negotiations and her depth of local knowledge is second to none. We arranged to have a virtual showing of our current home when she met with our son who lives in Stettler and again went above and beyond our expectations even when we eventually moved to our new home she was here to greet us. To say the level of service was exceptional would be an understatement, Karen made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. In a world where communication is now via Text and Email it was so refreshing that most of the conversations were on the telephone. I can not reccomend Karen and her her services highly enough.
