I ordered on line from Mobilia and when I went back to show my daughter my purchase the price had dropped I called and the lady on the phone was very polite and assured me they would match the lower sale price on the day of my delivery my account was credited my family and I are pleased with the three Soot counter stools we got the delivery people were very polite they wanted to assemble the stools but we decided to do it our selves.

We went into this Mobilia location with the intention to buy an item we had seen online. The sales associate that greeted us, Francine, showed us where the item was, but that was as far as the service went. After looking around the store for a few minutes, we found her sitting on a couch speaking to a colleague with her mask below her chin. We approached her to ask a few questions, but she did not bother getting up from the couch nor looking up the information that was asked. It's almost as if she didn't care about 1) helping us out or 2) making a sale. We left the store feeling very off-put with her attitude. We will not be returning to this location. And if you do, ask for a different sales associate.

I bought furniture from several different places for my new apartment and had I known how great the service is at Mobilia is, I would have bought more of it from here. The items are reasonably priced for the high quality you are getting and the delivery is great, they unbox and unwrap everything for you and place it. If you don't like it, doesn't fit or any reason, they send the delivery team back to get it or smaller items you can bring back to the store, no problems no questions. It has been the easiest and stress free shopping experience for me. Can't say the same at all for other furniture stores I've bought things from. I will definitely go back here for other furniture in the future. Joseph is great, very accommodating.

Worst customer service ever. They charge you extra for delivery and the delivery company leaves your house like a mess! The manager even called me and told me to do the cleaning myself after spending close to 10 000$ on furniture! This store is a real joke! Stay away!

Very bad service and very unprofessional service. They don’t know when the item could be delivered to us. We called the sales agent many times, he didn’t answer us back even he didn’t notice us that could be a delay from the beginning.At the end we canceled the item we want because we don’t have a date when it could be available.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.Horrible service. We politely asked the movers to wear boot cover all due to the snow/slush/mud outside. They refused, proceeded to walk inside the house, put mud all over the place, scratch the hardwood floor due to the gravel and salt in their boots and scratched the wall.

If you want to get the BEST service at Mobilia Laval, go and see NADIA. She is amazing. She will help you with everything. Even after the sale is done. We came across one hiccup, but she helped us out. So Thank you NADIA.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered some sofas since february. They were supposed to come and of march. I kept calling and going in person in the store to ask for updates and they kept on lying by telling they are coming in two weeks. Is mid of May and they still dont have a date. I ended up by canceling the order. 4 months of waste of time. Disrespectful staff and unprofessional.

I bought my sofa at mobilia in laval and had the best service by Antonella! She had so much patience and answered all my questions. She was very polite and always came back to me after she responded to other clients. Thanks to her I have the perfect sofa that fits my living space! I love it.The movers were so efficient and quick. They were on time and set up the sofa in less than 15 minutes!

They have nice items but very bad return and after sales service. I spent money on a dining table to get it delivered with a chip and a scratch. We were told to call the aftersales service. I cannot even count the number of times we called with no reply. Ok, so we then left several recorded messages. Still no one calls back. I did not spend this much money to get left with a damaged product.Also, with such a bad service, forget repeat customers. There's no way I'm furnishing the rest of my place from Mobilia.
