Really impressed with the customer service, the staff working was very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable in store as sometimes can be intimidating for someone new to fitness or can be overwhelming for anyone. Great prices and great products.

Not a huge fan of the customer service I received compared to other supplement stores I have bought from. Didn’t exactly feel welcome by one of the staff members or the need to shop there again. I am an avid gym goer who purchases supplements often and will be purchasing from another supplement store franchise with friendlier staff.

Went in to the store and the young lad behind the counter was talking to his bud, didn’t great me or acknowledge me at all after his friend left the kid just sat there! Didn’t ask me if I had any questions or nothing!I’ve visited other supplement stores in bridge water and I will shop where the service is i don’t care if it costs me a few dollars more

Competitive prices . They have things few other places have and for the size of the store they have a great selection of items.staff is always been ready to help and very friendly. Super clean check it out if your in the area even if you don't workout they have some tasty treats that won't hit the midsection.

I am surprised to discover the expiry of the BCAA, is after 45 days( purchased on 21 july 21). As this store opened very recently how come they are selling such old stock . They should have labelled it “nearing expiry”, so in that case customer can opt to buy other brands. Very disappointed.
