The location was so convenient, with free parking and located right by the malls entrance. Clean, inviting, quaint and nice representatives when I dropped off my ring that needed to be fixed. I was told of the Jewelers hours and sure and behold he called me within 15 minutes after the start of his shift. The ring was fixed in one day and not only did Ayman fix my ring perfectly, he reshaped it back to normal and shined it up so it looks brand new. The ring is so special to me and when I explained why - he was genuinely kind with his condolences and understanding of why it is so precious to me. Very kind and very good work. I highly recommend this location for sure.

I had 3 rings re-sized and I was so pleased with the rings and the service. Both people we worked with in the store (at drop off and pick up) we’re friendly and helpful. My rings for perfectly and they were even ready a day earlier than I expected. I picked the rings up about 3 minutes before the store closed and they were kind and helpful even at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to buy jewelry here or have any other repairs done that I might need.

I brought in my vintage opal ring to be both resized and repaired, as it was missing a small opal. The jeweler, Ayman Nakhla, devised a perfect solution that enhanced the beauty of the ring. I was so happy with his work that I brought my wedding rings to him as well to be resized and repaired. Beautiful work, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I had the most wonderful experience with Amy and the other staff. I had brought my watch in I shattered by dropping it on cement. It took Amy less than 30 minutes to make it look fantastic again. I will always go to her for any additional jewelry purchases and repair needs.

They were able to fix the broken crystal on my father's watch from the 80s. After they cleaned it up and repaired it the watch looks like new! Repair cost was overall affordable, though the watch wasn't worth repairing. I had it repaired because it is father's watch and I wanted him to have HIS watch back, not an identical used eBay sourced replacement. Staff understood this and did fantastic work!
