I wish I could give zero star to this horrible company because my son is being harassed by the Bus driver on route # 879 since September 2021. Report it to his school, reported it now twice to the bus company. #Every child matters

My two children (6 & 2), myself & hubby got caught in a tornado in Belleville, we were trapped as the winds were too high to cross a street & took me (190lb) off my feet & took my daughters stroller off the ground. a driver named penny got us safely into her bus & as we walked away the tree we were standing under snapped! This women is a hero who saved us and 4 others trapped in the tornado!She was also amazing with the children on the bus even though she herself was terrified! Penny is an amazing women and I can’t thank her enough for saving my family.

For the record, I hate the triboard council and the Board of Snowday Callers." Everytime there's a supposedly inclement weather day there's nothing that they can't do to STILL try and make kids go to school. There is snow all around my location right now

Driver in bus #697 in Trenton on Dec. 17 2020 needs more training on how round abouts work before he causes an accident. Almost hit me when he just drove on in without hesitation or making sure no one was coming first. Thank God I have good breaks.

First snowfall 2020... Your website crashes.I think you need a better IT guy or a better service provider.Other websites can get millions of hits every minute.But if you want to find out if your kids school bus is working I hope you have a lot of time to wait.

Absolutely love our driver. My son is slow to get ready to get off the bus, rather than be upset by this his driver let him take his time. Then he started to remind my son several stops before to start getting ready. So he’d be ready to go. Everyone I have spoke with over the phone or through email have always been helpful. When we moved in September I didn’t know where we were going to be and the moment I did they worked as fast as they could to get us on a bus. Luckily they did without interruption.
