Softron Tax

Go to the place at billings they are amazing. This one sucks. I called multiple times for 2 hours, no answer I even called the billings bridge location if they knew if this location was open. I decided to just arrive and I come to a sign that says that they closed early today sorry for the inconvenience."*****Why not tell your other location that you are closed so that if someone calls they will know. Thanks I paid for a Uber for nothing. Very angry and disappointed. Not even a automated message on their phone line. Nothing. Very horrible experience."

They will mess up with your tax filing and don't bother letting you know upfront that something is wrong. You have to find it out by yourself once you talk to CRA and they say they don't know what you are talking about. Last time I do any business with this place. At least the one at 1200 St Laurent mall. No apologies either. They just don't care. Worst services ever. I don't recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever. When I went in they said they did same day money back for 300 dollars tax refunds. They every time I called them to see if it was done they gave me a different tax refund amount as well. Sometimes I owed and sometimes I was getting money back. Finally I was getting money back and went in to pick up taxes and they told me it now had to be over 1000 to get same day money back. They need to teach their employees what the rules are right away. Absolutely ridiculous that they aren't aware of what's going on. DO NOT GO HERE.

So I will say the price of the service is the lowest in Ottawa from the 4 phone calls I made to other tax preperation services but....They must take on too much of a case load because rarely did I receive a call back after leaving several messages, and only time I ever was fortunate to speak with a representative, was if I was lucky enough to have one actually answer the phone but it did not happen often!I called 4 times in last 2 weeks and no response, had to remind them my taxes were due a few times to get them to do the return, and was asked if I would do my USA return myself as was going to miss the filing deadline and seemed they were more bothered than interested.The work done is okay, just hard to get them to actually do the work, or answer the phone, or respond to a voice mail.Not for me anymore as found Taxwide services a bit more expensive, but certainly worth the peace of mind compared to Softron, as so much more professional with regard to the basics of customer service.Not going back to Softron St. Laurent.

Softron Tax happens to provide excellent services. Her staffs are well behave and professional. I can recommend their service to anyone that is looking for a better and professional work done on their Taxes.

I just got a refund of over 6000 bucks at Softron, which is more than anytime I got from HR Block. The manager Atiq is such a professional, and their accountants really know their stuff. They were super efficient finishing my return and the price was also a lot cheaper than what I paid before. I just wish i came to Softron long since.

Such a great experience. Had my tax return filed for an amazing price and also had my previous years return adjusted due to some errors from filing my return elsewhere. Very experienced tax accountants that really know their stuff. Overall, I would highly recommend Softron Tax for anyone that would need to file their tax return, be it personal or business.

Great and fast service, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Received a higher return than I expected, and their Fast Cash service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their taxes done in a fast, easy and cheap manner!
