I can't even begin to express how much we appreciate Brae's help with all our needs, whether it be maintenance of our furnace or installing a new water heater tank. I contacted Brae regarding an old AC that required some maintenance. He was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and was at my home within two hours of my phone call to him during a heatwave.He was honest and forthright with me regarding me needing a whole new unit entirely because of ongoing issues I was continually experiencing. When I committed to getting a new one installed, it was was completed quickly and efficiently, limiting any disruptions at home and also being flexible with my schedule. The price was also very reasonable.I would highly recommend him for any AC/furnace/HVAC related matters.

Brae was amazing! He came to our rescue when our air conditioner stopped working during a very hot spell this summer. He was honest, professional and great to deal with. Very clean and efficient. UPDATE - new furnace install October 2022:After looking at many different options to heat our newly built large structure, I talked to Brae, who recommended a high efficiency furnace. Within a day I had a fully detailed quote, which included a three year labor warranty from Daly Home Comfort. We were able to schedule the install for the next week (before it got cold!) and Brae and team had the furnace installed and running in one morning. To save time, he had even pre-built the platform the furnace was to stand on. The team did an amazing job -- super clean, super professional. Although we had previously agreed it was OK to run the power cord along the ceiling, they were able to get it up into the attic, so the install looked perfect!Trust me, if you need any kind of HVAC work, Brae is your guy. Look no further - amazing service, very fair price, on schedule, on budget and super high quality. The furnace has been in for a week now and it works very efficiently, as promised. Love the wifi connected Ecobee thermostat! Thank you Brae for making this so easy!AC FIX summer 2022:Amazing service --- answered the phone right away on a hot humid Sunday morning. Let me know he'd be here by 11, and was half an hour early. Took all of 10 minutes to identify the AC problem, and he had the part it needed in the van. Brae has been a great help for me over the past few years. Any time problems come up with my heater, AC or hot water he’ll always be available to respond and address my issues.
