Diabetes Canada left me unsupported when my employer denied me sick leave credits when my chronic diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular conditions were uncontrolled, as per my doctor's certificates. Charlatans, SAD!

I am so disgusted with the treatment I just received from not 1, but 2 representatives. Shameful behaviour on their part. I happily donate several times a year, but was receiving calls late at night (always around, but before 9pm) so I wanted to be removed from the call list, as I don't require the call prompts to provide donations.When respectfully articulating this to the representative, she interrupted me, saying, fine...goodbye." and hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. Just rude....so I called back to state that although this had put a very sour taste in my mouth
