Murray was great to deal with. He explained the entire procedure on the phone, told me how long it would take and how much it would cost...and those numbers matched when all was finished! My truck had a tremendous amount of rust under the windscreen, but Murray took enough time and care to clean and grind it down, re-prime and seal everything properly, which (hopefully) will fix my water leak problem. He even drove me to work and picked me up once it was ready! (I work right down the street though, so don't expect taxi service to Downtown Vancouver). Every step was explained, I understood what I was getting myself into, and he was very professional, kind, and thorough. Murray is the man! Best service and his skill set definitely sets him apart. He can do any glass for vehicles and has icbc direct billing set up. He does complicated glass that has cameras and radar things that require calibration. He is the the real deal one-stop autoglass shop! Thanks so much Murray for the great service I'm very happy!
