The website was easy to follow, communication was excellent as is the product and the flowers arrived as scheduled. 5 Stars to Callia Flowers, will definitely use them again.

Receiving a bouquet through Callia is pure beauty from start to finish.I have never had such an amazing experience in bouquet delivery! They texted to say they were coming to make a delivery and gave ETA updates along the way, so I’d be prepared. The delivery person was lovely, and the box/wrapping the flowers were nestled inside of were super pretty and showed how much Callia wanted to be sure the bouquet arrived in perfect shape. The flowers themselves were gorgeous, and came with a follow-up text that explained how to best care them to make them last. And last they have - 10 days in, and they are still going strong!

Love love Callia flowers! When I have needed, they are so helpful and I can always count on the most beautiful flowers! Highly recommend!

So beautiful! I was looking for a bouquet that had thistle in it for a party, and it was perfect. They were very communicative at all steps and even followed up with care tips. The shipping box was sturdy and kept the flowers safe until arrival. The arrangements aren't inexpensive, but they're well worth it for a special occassion.

Received a Mother’s Day bouquet on Friday…delivery was great..flowers were beautiful.. but the hydrangeas lasted 2 days and so droopy and wouldn’t perk up ..so was a disappointment!

This amazing company has been my go-to ever since being intoduced to them on Dragons Den. Their flowers are so lovely and always fresh. I'm so happy to support this great company.

I received a beautiful bouquet on November 14th, and 15 days later the only bloom to fade is the rose! Absolutely fabulous!!! Also, the communication from Caitlin at Callia was top notch - confirmed a delivery time and arrived when expected, and followed up a few days later to remind me to change the water. I highly recommend this company, and will certainly use them to gift family and friends in the future.

Incredible Customer Service! I made an error and clicked on the wrong date for delivery. I noticed two days later, emailed them, and they got the flowers out that day. They were so accommodating, even though I made the error.I always use Callia Flowers. Great product - flowers last a long time, packaging is beautiful, and so wonderful to work with!

Extremely dissatisfied with the Mother’s Day bouquets we ordered this year. I have been a Callia customer since the start and never had an issue (which is why I did not give 1 star). For the price my partner and I paid, the bouquets my mother and mother in law received were so small it was laughable. I understand times are tough and bouquet sizes may be smaller due to that…but please tell your customers that so we know what is going to arrive on their doorstep! If I knew the bouquets would be smaller I would have just purchased the next size up. Obviously it’s a busy time for you folks and this might have just been an honest mix-up or a fluke, but I was not impressed with those tiny bouquets being sent to our loved ones on a very important day.
