Worst pharmacie I know. They make mistakes and the waiting time is disastrous. My insurance compagny don't want us to go there anymore.

Mon médecin a envoyé deux prescriptions le même jour à la pharmacie, les deux sont noté dans son système comme reçu, et ma pharmacie en a jeté une car elle fut envoyé le même jour. Un service des plus médiocres !!! On attend toujours très longtemps pour nos médicaments alors qu’ils sont nombreux en arrière. Et le but d’envoyer les prescriptions d’avance par le médecin c’est qu’elles puissent être préparées d’avance pour éviter l’attente, mais pas dans cette pharmacie. Le personnel vraiment limite de l’amabilité . Je parle ici uniquement du comptoir ordonnance, le magasin est number 1

The worst Jean Coutu out there. Never had so many problems in my life. The pharmacist doesn’t care about helping anyone, especially when it’s their own mistakes. Been a client there for years they still never have my prescription in stock - one that I take every single month on the dot which cannot be missed. They mess up my hormones sending me into the hospital on Christmas. Run me up a bill by never having generics or sending me to other Jean coutu’s (by taxi since I don’t have a car) who ALSO DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK. Avoid at all costsI’m 26 years old and been on meds my whole life. Never in my entire life had problems with any other pharmacy.This specific Jean Coutu is complete trash.

Was on a search for kids Tylenol 2-11, called every store this one said they have it!! 30 minutes drive to arrive to empty shelves.Shame on you.

Not the best Jean coutu out there compared to others, they don't have any fleece blankets like all the others, they only speak French (which I don't mind but come on) Oh! And the worst thing of all .. the security guards" follow you around so obviously it makes me feel uncomfortable
