Always a pleasure dealing with Kam at Advance Metalpres! They have an extensive product offering with indirect tanks as well as the Boilermag water filters.

I purchased a stainless steel indirect 80 gallon hot water tank, paid to have it shipped to Los Angeles all seemed ok for the first year. Then I started to notice rust, turns out the outer covering is not stainless steel after all but not described. Then sometime in year three the tank sprang a leak. They offered if I would pay to uninstall and ship back they would look at it and decide if it was poor workmanship. They said it would be very uncommon to have such problems. Since that was going to cost me over $1000 in shipping, I decided to hire a local welder to fix it. That has now been holding for four more years but last week it started leaking again. All new place, around a different fitting 10 inches away from the first leak. They once again are claiming no fault on their part and only want to offer to look at the tank in their shop. In the meantime, my customer would not have hot water for 30-45 days and they very well may void the warranty because I fixed the first leak without sending the tank back to them. This company is horrible and I suggest staying as far away as possible from them.

Apparently this company does not sell to end users. Was told to find another company to purchase from...
