Saved my Day!!!!!was losing air in my tire fairly quickly... according to my tire sensor.Kal Tire was closest, and Mr Lube n Tire. Both said they wouldn't help me because they were full...... thanks guys.Called Big-O, they said they could fit me in but it would take a few hours. Saved!I barely made it there tire was getting really low... guys were friendly and it was all done within an hour.. amazingThank you so much.

Was helped by Brock at the Counter. Slow leak in one tire. Diagnosed and fixed. Very good communication, transparent reasonable pricing and quick service. HIGHLY recommended. These guys are pros. No hard sell. I'll be buying a set of tires from them in the Spring.

I have been going here for a couple of years to get my tires switched over on my previous car. This season, I needed new winters for my new vehicle. Not only were they 20% cheaper than their competitors, Pat was very helpful in checking the order status and getting back to me promptly. When they did arrive, I was able to sneak in when they had a lull and they switched them over in no time! I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend them!

The manager (the man who you pay), yelled at me as I walked in the door! The woman before me had complained that I yelled at her to move her car so others could pull into the waiting line! I did yell, but only because she was in her phone in her car and didn’t hear my regular voice as I asked her to move into the available car slot. The manager then said the women before me was a long term customer. I’ve been going to the same Big O Tires every 6 months for decades, so you can imagine my surprise at his customer preference! If being treated with respect is important to you…go to another location!

Took my vehicle in to get flat repaired or replaced. Mike, the repairman was honest, friendly and quick to assess the damage and was able to repair the tire. He also made recommendations for future tire replacement. I was happy to be able to repair the tire and will definitely go back when I replace the tires. This is a five star tire shop! Thanks guys!

Very bad service. Had a flat and called in to order a tire. It took 3 days for the order to arrive. I had to keep calling everyday and when it arrived and I was told to wait in a parking lot. My tire is now completely flat and not able to move. No compassion at all! Don't go.After waiting for 2 hours, my husband was asked to leave and said they won't repair our tire.In reply:We did not expect to jump the line and we were more than happy to wait. The elderly lady told us to move the car across the street and the tire was flat to the rim already. We asked if we could just wait by the entrance and was told NO. Just go across the street or up the street.I don't expect priority treatment of any nature just to have compassion. The tire was completely flat and we just wanted to wait by the entrance so that we don't have to drive more and cause damage to the rim.We do understand that it is changing to snow tire season and it is busy.

Had a new set of Michelin Defender 2 all season tires put on last weekend. They didn't have the tires in stock but shipped 1 from Manitoba and 3 from Alberta for $25 total in only a few days (Kaltire was going to charge $75). Arrived a half hour before they opened and were first in line. Three guys worked on my vehicle- removing the winter wheels and simultaneously mounting the new summer tires on rims. They allowed my toddler and I to watch from a safe distance which made his day! We left a tip in the jar for the show". In/out in 45 minutes."

We were visiting Vancouver and noticed a problem with one of our tires, it was low and we wasn’t sure why. We searched and found Big O Tires near from our location, we arrived and explained the issue, the two gentlemen at the counter told us they would take a look and that we can go back in an hour or so. After around 30 minutes they called us and we got back, they solved our tire issue for free, they were extremely kind and helpful! Thanks to them we could continue with our trip :-) I highly recommend their services! Thanks Big O Tires team!

I rarely write reviews. This was my 1st visit to this shop yesterday afternoon. I found the 2 guys in the front office and those in the bay working area to be very friendly and professional. I purchased a set of 4 new tires for my 1992 Acura Integra. I phoned 10-12 tire shops before coming here. No tire shop could get their hands on 14 inch tires. These guys were able to find me 4 new GT AltiMax RT45 all seasonal tires in their Calgary warehouse and had it shipped to their Broadway shop. These RT 45s are great tires and the service here was great. Tip. Call them after 2PM to see if they can squeeze you in for service. Don't drive there. They tell me it is less hectic later in the afternoon compared with mornings. In the mornings there is a line up. I found them to be fast and very professional group of guys. They even wrapped 2 of the older tires I wanted to keep in a nice Big O Tires" plastic bags for storage."
