I have been seeing Jana for over 2 years now. She takes the time to understand my needs, always balancing it with what’s healthy and best for my hair. I am always greeted by name and I always feel safe in a very clean, professional salon environment. I would 10/10 recommend Solutions to anyone.

I love Jana. She always collaborates with me on my hair goals and makes me feel like a rockstar after sitting in her chair. Even when I took the risk and cut my own bangs, she forgave me and saved the day. The other staff always have good vibes, but I’ve also gone in there not wanting to chat and they were good about that too. They also nailed the whole Covid protocol thing. Call me a loyalist, but even when I didn’t live in Regina - I still went out of my way to get back to Solutions. Turning heads since 2017 because of Jana <3

I would highly recommend the salon to anyone. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Kim is not only an amazing stylist and colorist, she also has taught me so much on how to care for my hair, right from the products that I should be using and the products that I don’t need to use. Whenever I’m there I don’t feel like just another client I feel like part of the salon family their kindness and compassion is incredible !

Have been a solutions customer for a long time. The staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. Rearranging appointments is never a problem and my hair and nails alway look amazing!! I have been going to SHD with my curly hair since 2013. I have been very satisfied with every cut, color and style. Jana is always patient to explain what I need to do achieve the same look at home. Recently they have brought in some great Canadian product lines that have been amazing. You will not be disappointed.

I was interested in visiting this hair studio earlier last week- when I visited the studio I waited for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged after being looked and stared at multiple times by the staff. I felt extremely uncomfortable and once I was greeted by the staff, she was rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking her questions regarding services.I decided to not book an appointment and when I told my friend about my experience, she had told me that she had a similar experience. She added that the stylist was not kind, was silent, and felt rushed and unwanted during her appointment.I simply do not recommend going to this studio!
