Horrible experience with this flower shop. Ordered flowers last week for delivery and what was delivered was completely wrong. Called back and the owner used poor language with me and hung up. Spent over 200$. Go elsewhere with your hard earned money.

Ordered flowers from this place for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. Specifically asked for a large arranged in a vase with mostly roses (8-10) and a few tropical flowers. What I got was a very very small arrangement with 3 roses and a bunch of tulips... IN FEBRUARY... My girlfriend was in shock. Called the owner she said she had no time to make another since it was v day and to simply to find someone else and that she would refund me by the end of the day. Fast forward to today, didn't get a refund and called back and she changed her tone and told me to screw off.... Ended up scrambling to find someone to deliver it the same day. Below you can see the difference between miyas flowers which is a 200$ arrangement and another company's dozen roses (all they had available last minute). Look at the size and the quality. Stay away from this place. A bunch of scammers. Oh and to make matters worse, they spelt my girlfriends name wrong... after spelling it out to them 2 times.

I received a floral arrangement from this florist for Valentine's Day and was quite honestly extremely disappointed by the poor quality and service I received. After initially calling my boyfriend to thank him for the bouquet, I was shocked to find out that he had spent over 200$ on a small, measly bouquet that I estimated to be between 50 and 80$ which included roses, tulips (one of the cheapest flowers out there usually only given around springtime and Easter) and white hydrangeas. I called the florist to explain the situation and she told me that my boyfriend would be refunded the day of. After having spoken with my boyfriend who also called to complain, I was shocked to find out that the owner was defending the quality of her service and arrangement making and refused to come pick up the bouquet in order to exchange it for something worthy of 200$. I then called back the next day and spoke to her husband who accused us of being disrespectful and threatening and covered up his tracks by saying that we had refused to give back the bouquet. He also accused us of having wasted flowers that he could've used in another arrangement (clearly another tactic to save on $$). He also refused to refund my boyfriend. To make matters worse, my name was incorrectly spelled, delivery at 11 am was not fulfilled, and the white hydrangeas in the arrangement were already dying less than 24 hours after having received the bouquet. Very poor service, condescending owners, and a terrible experience for all parties involved. STAY AWAY and do not trust the image they portray of being a small, caring family business!

Terrible experience with this company. They ensured me my flower delivery would be done on Valentines day but never showed up. They delivered it the next day with no apologies. Too late. Useless.Use another flower shop
