Great staff and excellent customer service

Was covered by the purchase insurance they offer on a lappy. Because the laptop was at my house instead of my ex's when it got stolen they would not cover it. Its a pottabl computer for f sakes! So if u get anythkng portable be warned it is not going to be covered even tho you pay for it and maizie is rude and Jeff is nice but he wouldnt help me and the other guy was super nice and wanted to help me but his hands were tied. I ended up having to go buy a new lappy out of inaurance money to give to them and went withour even though I had the purchase protection and police report and all... Easyhome sucks ans I wish i could give them minus 200 but whatever NEVER AGAIN.

Love this store and everyone that works there very friendly helpful and know what they are doing and talking about been with them for years and never ever had any problems.keep up the good work guys.

They treat customers like utter shat do not care about them at all , they like to give you broken products that do not work and claim they do work then want to make you pay damages for it being broken by them in the first place
