Employees are rude and inconsiderate. They’ll block driveways and don’t care about it. They don’t have a problem with walking across other lawns to get to their vehicle. When confront the office about the parking issues with blocking others driveways, they didn’t care. This company is very inconsiderate of others.

Snow removal in 2019-2020. Their service was ok, though was not quick timely. However, when we wanted to terminate the service in Mid Feb and asked for partial refund, the communication became complicated. They did not take phone call, and did not reply emails and phone called. Eventually, as we called from another phone number, we were answered but our request was denied.NOT recommend!

They damaged property and ghosted us when we asked them to fix it. Then our insurance deemed it their fault and contacted their insurance. They then dropped with and broke the contract with one year left.

We went with Scarlet Oaks because of all the quotes we received for our lawn work, the owner came out in person and was very knowledgable. Our front lawn has made a vast improvement, we now have a back lawn, and every time I reach out with a question they respond within 24 hours. We look forward to working with them again next year!

We live in Briarhill Community they are contracted to do our homes and keep up with weeding and trim the bushes and the only think they do is cut grass and they have neglected every season to keep up with our gardens! My opinion they don’t put customer service and satisfaction first and this should be the topPriority for this company. I don’t know how there still in business. I don’t recommend them to no one. I will show you with my pictures my garden with overgrown bushes and my garden with over grown weeds.

We booked Scarlett Oak last fall for a major re-do of our front porch and landscaping and we couldn’t be happier. Once their guys got on site, they did an extraordinary job. They made some changes to the original design which made it better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend them.

Hired to do property maintenance and keeping it cleaned and no one has done the work promised. The grass hasn't been cut in months and garbage has been building up and my property is filthy with garbage that I've paid to have cleaned. The contact has said the workers have been by and no one has ever been by(we have cameras to see what's happened) the management doesn't seem to know what their employees are doing...

We found Scarlet Oak Landscaping through The Home Depot Pro Referral Program. We decided to try getting our yard clean up done last fall. They went out and gave me a price. A little more expensive than our previous landscaping company (who no longer provides yard clean up service) We did not do the clean upon the fall due to the early snow in November.This Spring I received a professional e-mail giving me the confidence to use them during this Covid19 pandemic. I felt that they were doing the right things to keep their staff and customers safe. We communicated via email. I was able to pay via online payment platform. The crew did a good job cleaning up. I didn't meet anyone, just got to the cottage to see the work was done when they said it would be. Thank you Scarlet Oak Landscaping for making my life easier! Well done!

Damaged property, took my rake... The older gentleman took it upon himself to say no one took it. He might have not took it, but other people could have said yeah I saw it there but it wasn't me that had taken it. Instead calling me a crazy lady, arguing that my house is not a new build because he has seen it here for a while.(sorry to tell you but I think they build the outside before the inside) so yes us being the first people in here it is new. The back yard was all dirt and mud. No one had told us that half of what seemed to be our backyard was the town of Barrie.

Why didn't I think of this sooner?!!! With the help of Scarlet Oak, I am finally making great progress in developing a healthy lawn. We all need help at times. Responsive, friendly, quality service at a fair price. Thanks so much!
