He messed up all of my piercings. My nose piercing was way too low, my helix was pierced at an angle so I couldn’t change the piercing afterwards, not to mention, it wasn’t healed after more than a year and the stud was rusted so I had to remove it and get it done again somewhere else. The guy was also very rude to me, not friendly or comforting at all. I would not recommend this place.

An absolute excellent experience. A very clean and santitized environment and very professional customer service. I was very comfortable and at ease and I would highly recommend Gilles for any piercings. Five stars is much deserved!

Very friendly and clean he took the time to explain everything and made sure I was okay through the whole process I wasn't scared to ask questions and didn't feel judged at all will be coming back for my bridge piercing I highly recommend!
