The store has a great collection of glasses, but they do not accept Canada Life Insurance. The staff was kind enough to inform us in the very beginning.

Their rates are way more expensive than the brand’s official rates on their websites. Even after 25% discount, they don’t come any near to the brand’s price. Beware!

Had one of the worse experiences whilst buying a branded (Ray-Ban) pair of prescription sunglasses from here.1. Post placing the order, that too after they taking all my eye power, and measurements, I had to visit once again, just because they misplaced my details. They never logged the details in the system, and for that I had to visit again to provide my eye power and measurements.2. They called up one fine evening, saying that my glasses are ready for pickup. Upon visiting the next day, more than 24hrs later, I get to hear that it was some mistake by one of the employees, and my glasses were not ready. I had to go back another time in the week to pickup my glasses.3. Upon picking up, I notice that they’ve not made the shade of the sunglasses properly. I had ordered a specific shade of blue, and what I got was a completely different colour altogether. And then I hear excuses.Knowing fully well that I’ll not get what I wanted, I had to settle for a compromised pair, that too after a 400$ purchase. Sheer unprofessionalism store wide, and no proper service. DO NOT VISIT.

DONT COME. bought a pair of rayban and was given a 25% discount. Only later to find out it was listed for a cheaper price on raybans own website even after factoring in the stores ‘discount’. They overprice products.

Unwelcoming workers, it's my first time going in this location, and there was no solutions given to one of my problem. They just shrugged their shoulders and pretended I was not there. The brown guy working there is a scammer don't think you're getting a good deal cause you're not. He is hungry for money and he will smooth talk you to bite his bait. Will never buy from this store again $300 wasted. Don't waste your time or money here. Terrible Service!!!

Fabulous experience!! Excellent service and a great selection of glasses and frames to choose from. Highly recommend to everyone. May, the optician , provided she is a great at what she does _ she is very professional, helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me to pick from the different frames that suits my face. And for my wife to choose the right coloured contact lenses that suit her, with helping first time wearing. This is what the customer experience should be, Thank you May.

Staff is really sweet. Got the best Bvlgari glasses. Reva helped me and she's the sweetest. Would definitely recommend this place. Great customer service!

Hamid was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose my glasses. He made sure I got them quick and that I was satisfied with them. Truly a great place for glasses and Hamid’s expertise is a true asset!

I was so happy with my experience at Occhiali, especially with May. She was very knowledgeable in which glasses would suit my face best and she was very patient while I tried on what seemed like 100 pairs of glasses! The store is clean, can get busy at times, and they have a variety of name brand glasses and sunglasses for both adults and children to choose from. I am very happy with my new glasses!

Excellent service great selection of glasses and frames to chose from, I was so happy with my experience at Occhiali , especially with May, the optician, provided an excellent experience. She was efficient and precise in helping me and my husband to choose eye glass frames that suited us. She was knowledgeable, sincere and friendly. Thank you May , Highly recommend to everyone.
