Steele Mazda Dartmouth

We had the best experience with Steele Mazda. We had to sell our 10 month old corolla first so we can upgrade to a CX-50. When I drove my old car to Enfield, NS to sell it to Adessa, Michael Chase picked me up there and brought me home safely! No other car dealer would do that for their customers! Paul, their manager and Craig from finance were also super helpful and accommodating. Everything went well and smoothly with our CX50 purchase. Michael Chase could very well be the nicest car salesman we've ever met. Our 2nd car would definitely be another Mazda because of our great experience with Steele Mazda

Inept or malicious. The service department at Steele Mazda Dartmouth is one of those two. Over multiple visits, I've been scammed and lied to (either maliciously or through sheer incompetence).I have paid for services never rendered (oil & fluid changes and that never happened).I was given a quote of CAD900 to replace a 'broken' part that wasn't broken and required a 30 second fix via a YouTube video.I brought my car in for alignment, and it came out of the garage with the steering wheel tilted by at least 15 degrees! After bringing it to a third party, we find 2 damaged and 1 broken component of the alignment system.It's clear that this service center doesn't know how to fix cars. They don't even try to test drive them after any service.They try to build trust by showing a video of the standard inspection checklist, but then quote you on things not shown in the video to nickel and dime you.I still can't tell if they prey on people's lack of knowledge about cars or if they are just absolutely incompetent. Either way, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Had a really wonderful experience at Steele Mazda in Dartmouth. Cody was such a friendly, and knowledgeable salesman. He responded to emails so quick, and his video walk through of the vehicle was so helpful! Sheila made the payment process easy and quick. No pressure, and really wonderful to work with. Thank you so much - highly recommend!

Buying through Rebecca was a great experience, as well Sheila made sure all finance items were in order.Very transparent buying experience. Employees are respectful, and caring. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed to a decision or purchase.Would recommend any day for an easy buying experience. Not to mention the vehicles quality and features are far above other similarly priced brands.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The customer service is by far superior to any other. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to assist clients in the best way. I highly recommend this dealership for the staff. And thank them for their assistance. Took my 17 yr old daughter to see a used vehicle at this location, we were told by a friend to see Rebecca. This young lady did not disappoint!! She knew her stuff and was incredibly easy to deal with. Rebecca helped my daughter feel comfortable and figure out what she was really looking for in a vehicle. She was pleasant, patient and funny!

I am amazed when I leave this dealership. The service department is incredible. A special shout out to Dennis Simms for his informative videos. On 2 separate occasions I had requested work be done to my Mazda. The serve crew checked and told me both times the work was not required, things were good and replacement could wait or was not needed. They have my complete confidence and I will continue to drive quite a distance out of my way just to bring my car to this dealership. Great job!

I had a great experience with Rebecca! I was able to test drive and leave with my new CX-5 in the same day, very friendly and welcoming environment and has definitely welcomed me to the Mazda family! 10/10
