I am really happy to have found a repair shop that I can trust. They were affordable, honest about the repair and quick to get my car in and fixed.

Very pleased with our experience at this business. Ben was a nice person to deal with - friendly, professional and patiently explained necessary repairs. Car is running great now and we will be referring family and friends to him.

The team at Autopia is top notch. Very easy to talk to, reliable, and honest. We have dealt with them for a couple of our vehicles now. In one case, the transmission on our vehicle seemed to be in need of significant repair or replacement. They gave an estimate of how much this might cost but also referred us to a transmission expert at a different shop to explain the options who was also very helpful and did not pressure us at all. We decided not to repair that vehicle as it was older and not worth it but if we had not been given all the facts it would have been a more difficult decision. Then recently we had a newer vehicle in for regular maintenance at the dealership and were told it needed brake part replacements soon that would have cost about $550. We had Autopia look at it and they assessed the car, telling us that it actually did not need that work done at all in their opinion. Thanks Autopia for your friendly honest service. We will continue to be a customer whenever we can.

My dad and I were doing a cross Canada trip, we had car trouble right outside Winnipeg, and Ben told us to bring the car in right away. He had us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Much appreciated on our behalf. Wonderful staff and service, very friendly, honest guy and very reasonable pricing. Great business!

I brought my van to Autopia for a tire swap. I was told to bring it back to be retorqued the next week. As I was driving two days (maybe 25km) later, I heard a noise coming from my front wheel. I pulled over to check the lug nuts, and two of them were so loose, that I could wiggle them with my fingers. There is no way that two came that loose in such a short time. I called Ben and explained to situation. He assured me they had been properly tightened, even though they most definitely were not. This mistake could’ve had serious consequences, and he took no ownership for it.

Called in to ask if they could flare a brake line he got me in right away Ben is an awesome guy to deal with A+++ highly recommend thanks again

I brought my car here a couple years ago for a rack and pinion replacement. I called around to numerous different shops for rates etc. Ben gave me an estimate price of 800.00 to fix (came out to $811.00 labour and parts) , every other shop i was looking at 1250.00 minimum . Wonderful service , they are very honest and up front. I would never go to anyone else.
