Went there to return a birthday gift bought for me by a friend that I happened to already own. I assumed they would give me a gift card because I didn’t have the original card the purchase was bought on. Without asking me they returned the money automatically to my friends card. Was really disappointing as it was a gift and I planned to buy something else at the store. The staff were nice so I’ll give them that. But they should have communicated my options for returning before just automatically putting the money back since I stated at the very beginning I was returning a gift.

Went there to exchange a product for another color. Lady behind the cash said her name is Bella, I dont believe thats true but that's besides the point. She was EXTREMELY rude to me, and there were 5 other ppl who came in the store while I was there and she was super friendly and welcoming to them. For me, she didn't even welcome me. She started by telling me their new COVID protocols as she did for everyone else who walked in. But rudely cut me off and didn't let me ask a question, saying she needs to help the lady that was in before me which is understandable. But of course when it came to my turn, she was abrupt and curt when speaking to me. Then two ladies came in after me and she left me in the middle of my request to help them. She literally did a full purchase while i continued to stand there waiting to exchange the color of my foundation. And of course, during our interaction after they left, she didn't engage in conversation or even apologize for doing that. I've literally never seen her before but its as if she had a hate on for me, made me think she was stereotyping but who know. Im never going in there again I literally felt targeted by her. Absolutely horrible experience.

I am very happy with my MAC experience, I called and I was greeted wit excitement. I requested a class to learn how to properly apply my foundation. I was booked with Elvira for a 4pm appointment the following day. I am not new to MAC but it was my first time going in for a class. When I arrived, I spoke to one of the cashiers and she quickly brought me into a private room while I waited (1min max) for my makeup artist. I met the lovely Elvira and I told her that I wanted to learn how to apply my foundation while also covering my imperfections. She was very kind, knowledgeable and she did an AMAZING job. I left my appointment with pretty much everything, I am extremely happy with the service I received and I will be back for another class. Thank you MAC Bayshore, I am in MAC heaven right now..I am in love with my purchase

We have had many excellent experiences with Marina - she dedicated as much time as we needed to trying on products, gave us really good recommendations, and is so lovely to chat with. Would recommend asking for Marina if visiting MAC at Bayshore!

Fantastic experience. Great staff, very helpful and friendly, especially Electra and her other colleague who's name I regrettably forget. Electra really went the extra mile to help. This store is in a class of its own, especially when you compare it to its competitor. They actually care about you and want you to be happy with your purchase, and pay attention to details including packing up you purchase. I will shop there again.

The selection is fine but the customer service has been terrible recently. Worth making the trip to the Rideau Center location for a better experience.

Really amazing staff - Marina helped to choose some products for the look I wanted to create and gave me very useful tips on applying the makeup. Will come again, highly recommend Marina!

Served by Summers. Extremely rude and dismissive. It was very clear that her first priority was making up someone rather than helping me to purchase eye concealer.
