I went to couple of computer shop to ask replace the battery for my surface pro.Great customer service.Very polite and kindness. This is the best shop I ever go in Canada.I really recommend this shop. Thank you so much for your hard work.他の店で断れたり、納期が遅れたりと立て続けに起こりここに行き着きパソコンの電池交換の依頼をしに来ました。残念ながら私のパソコンは修理中に謎の故障を起こし、最終的にタッチパネルが機能しなくなりました。その報告も直ぐにしてくれて、変わりのパソコンも遠くまで行って手に入れてくれました。しかもスペック全てアップグレードしたものをです。オーナーさんのこの誠実な対応には感謝しかありません。出国直前だった私の状況も理解してくれ、出国前に休日を使って間に合わせてくれました。ありがとうございました。

Excellent service

Placed an online order for an intel CPU and prices have gone up everywhere else since then. After waiting 2 days, they cancelled my order indicating that they don't have stock and increased their price from 220 to 280 so they can sell the same product at a higher price. Disgusting business practice.

I normally would never leave a review for anything but I really have to say that this company has definitely made me drop my glasses. I was skeptical at first in choosing this new company to build my computer, but I am so glad I took a chance on them. They go above and beyond to ensure that you get the support and products that you want. One of the employees who helped me provided me with the best customer service I could ever ask for. He not only gave me options, but different opinions on which parts were best to choose and how to match the parts. He ended up helping me build a full Gundam PC after speaking to me and gaining my interests and likes and I am absolutely overjoyed with the results. Just look at the amazing work with the cable management. I wouldn't even want to cover that I would love to show it off (which I have been doing). The staff were super tentative and they honestly tried their best to get the best pricing for me for all the parts which I definitely appreciate. I will definitely be introducing my friends and family to this company when they require an upgrade for their computers. Overall A+++++ customer service.
