First time walking into Utopia and was immediately overwhelmed with happiness. The staff here are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had with ease. Would totally recommend Utopia to anybody that is looking for a welcoming environment and a place that can source your shoes quickly and professionally.

A great experience for sneakerheads and especially sneaker newbies.My son and I came in last Sunday to purchase something special for his graduation. We stopped by before just to browse and even then we were treated warmly. The staff answered all our questions and were very helpful with no pressure whatsoever. They helped him go through alot of options in his size. Everyone was very knowledgeable and especially patient. He absolutely loves his Jordan 1 Breds.I hope these guys are around for a long time because they know their stuff! Hope to be back soon!

I found my first experience at Utopia to be pleasant and welcoming. I had complete faith that the staff here were knowledgeable and had no question regarding authenticity. There's truly something for everyone here with all price ranges to fit your budget. You really can't ask for a better location than the heart of midland n finch. Sorry SoleStop, but Utopia took the crown. I'll be back for my next pair soon!As or the shop itself, I would probably recommend having some bops play in and maybe even outside the shop for an even more welcoming experience. And perhaps even ask if the customer wants a quick visual check of the merch you're actually taking home. Since there's no refunds or exchanges, it doesn't hurt to remind.

I recently parted ways with a few pairs from my collection and Jonathan was a pleasure to work with as i entered the shop. He helped me on the sale to put towards another shoe I wanted. I fully endorse this shop and I'll be back for sure. Thank you Jonathan for your help.

Amazing store with huge selection at great prices. I went to purchase a pair of Nike SB Dunk Lows and the owners Carlo and Jonathan took the time to help me find the right pair. If you’re in the area or like sneakers, definitely stop by and enter a state of utopia.

Then, to my surprise, I stumbled upon a humble sneaker and apparel boutique, Utopia shop. When I first entered the store, I was greeted by the charming and lovely associates who were very attentive and helpful. They have the best selection of sneakers and apparel - Highly recommend you spare a visit!
