I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location in bridgeland. I was taking my work clothes here for over 2 years, I had a newish black dress pants (6 months old) that I brought in for cleaning. Their process hot-smeared the back of my pants. I was polite, and so was the attendant working - however, after a discussion with the owner, he would not admit to anything, saying, there is no way my cleaning process would hurt your pants" - well
