Dr Lauren Smith

Been seeing Dr. Smith for 5 years now and I have to say not only is she THE BEST , but she’s also just such a kind, personable, easy to talk too doctor. It’s important you’re comfortable especially when there looking down there ( lol ). We are pregnant with our first baby and although we live 30 min away , I wouldn’t go to anyone else..

Dr. Smith was on the call when I had to be induced and I’m so glad she did.So friendly and nice, gentle but also fast at the same time. So knowledgeable! She explained everything she was doing and what’s her plan for later. I felt so safe with her and included in the whole process. She induced me, broke my water and delivered my baby boy within couple of hours and it’s my first baby. She gave me clear instructions about my pushing and after only 10 minutes of pushing - my baby was there. It was such a calm, nice experience and her soft voice and encouragement really helped me relax. She mentioned that she loves how smooth everything was and that she’ll gladly deliver every baby I have after. And I would love that too! :) I love you Mr. Smith!

She' always late and always too busy. Rushes to get you out the door. Kept cutting me off when I was asking questions and I had barely been there 10mins. Was so focused to get me out the door that she didnt even provide me with results of ultrasound. She also forgot to give me a referal for the glucose test - i've only realized this now and I am already 28wks. I will have to call them and see why she didn't do that... in general just unorganized, unfriendly, rushed, and would not recommend.

Dr. Lauren Smith is the best doctor ever.I love her personality. She is amazing doctor and she is doing excellent job. Everytime I spoke to her I felt like she was my really good friend and not a doctor, and that made me very comfortable. She just know how to talk to patients.I will always go back to her because she's just amazing.Thank you so so much for taking care of us and thank you for everything.I love you Dr. Smith :):):)

Dr. Smith and her team have been wonderful! I felt cared for every step of the way. She would always save time for questions at each appointment and made me feel supported. I could not recommend her enough!

I had the pleasure of having Dr Smith as my OB for both of my kids. She also delivered both! She is such a friendly, bubbly person with an amazing bedside manner. Love her and highly recommend her to anyone having a baby at OTMH.

Dr.Smith is amazing. Compared to my last pregnancy where I had a midwife everything felt a lot easier, smoother and quicker. Dr.Smith has a great bedside manner and her confidence really put me at ease that I was in safe hands. Highly recommend her and the office, I had a wonderful experience and will make sure to get referred to her again for any gynaecologist issues in the future.

Dr Smith does not spend enough time for a patient! She’s always hurrying up to end the session and she doesn’t want to explain details! I am very lucky that another doctor delivered my baby in the hospital! She doesn’t care! She only wants to have more patients

I called to find out information to see a gyno and the receptionist was so short with me and rude. Was not a positive interaction for me. I would have appreciated a bit more kindness especially when dealing with medical concerns.
