Mississauga Baan Muay Thai

I have been training here for about a month. The gym opened sometime last year, so it's a new facility with new equipment. Has all the things necessary for Muay Thai, a ring, heavy bags, Thai pads and belly pads. Most of their stuff is Primo, which is a very well respected Muay Thai brand and high quality. The gym is kept very clean, as someone is usually mopping the mats at the end of the day.I mainly attended the all levels Muay Thai class. The students level ranged from beginners to amateur level champions, and a lot of the students there have good technique. There is a very big emphasis on the conditioning, which I really enjoyed. There is also a big emphasis on pad work and long combinations. I feel that the teachers really put an effort into the curriculum as I noticed they would stay consistent with a specific theme they were trying to teach every week. The teachers are also very insightful and would constantly be walking around to help the students. I felt welcomed and noticed they had a community where everyone was trying to help each other out.I feel this is a great school and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get into Muay Thai.

Just starting going this past December and I was extremely impressed. The gym recently opened so all the equipment is new and the gym itself is very clean. All their instructors are extremely friendly and helpful. So far an amazing experience!

Joined this new Muay Thai gym a month ago and enjoyed the experience! Gym is very clean and the instructors are friendly and knowledgable in their craft. They teach the skills and technique to new and advanced fighters as they have beginner and open classes for any skillset level. Conditioning exercises are killer but still 100% recommend!!

Switched from UFC Gym to Baan Muay Thai through word of mouth by a friend. Shoutout to coach Bradley, he is very patient with you when explaining new techniques and frequently takes the time to correct your form if incorrect. Highly recommended whether if you’re a beginner or experienced in Muay Thai! Membership pricings are very reasonable considering they’re a new gym so sign up before prices go up :)

Great facilities with very knowledgeable instructors teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and authentic Muay Thai regardless of your experience level. Very friendly and welcoming environment, with amazing members and conveniently located in central Mississauga.

I’ve been coming here consistently since October 2022 and have had such a positive experience with this gym.The gym itself is spacious and very modern inside. Large washrooms/ change rooms, many lockers, a big open mat area with a ring in the back, plus a jujitsu room and weight lifting room. All of which is available to members.The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and coaches very knowledgeable. There is a high level of focus on technique throughout the Muay Thai and boxing classes which speaks to the skill of the coaches.Highly recommend, if you’re looking for something new to add to your exercise regime or are experienced and looking for somewhere new to train.Overall phenomenal gym and wonderful people!

I recently started taking their woman's only Mauy Thai class and I have been loving it. The instructor was very friendly and helpful. Overall great gym and amazing atmosphere!

Was my first visit for the beginners Muay Thai class on Wednesday @ 6pm and was thoroughly impressed. The place is well organized, clean, and has everything you need. The class was tough for a beginner - but the coach(es) did a great job with adjusting to meet the needs of the different levels of individuals present. Great community - friendly, social, and energetic. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

New gym in Mississauga, conveniently tucked away right behind the Mississauga Flea Market! Very experienced instructors and friendly community all around. Great place to start for beginners and even better for experienced students, as they can really take your skills to the next level. Definitely recommend!
