The woman who works in office (Carol) is ignorant and has lost so many customers due to her personality disorder that I can't see them staying in business for very long. Switch to Sullivan's, they care about their customers and speak respectfully to them.

Bunch of crooks, charge you finances charges on balances paid within 30 days, when you have a issue they don’t want to deal with you tell you to pay the balance when the charges don’t make sense, cut off your service and don’t care about you. Carol says she gets paid either way doesn’t care about you or your needs!! Thanks Carol, good to know you appreciate our business!!
