Keely was amazing! I previously had a bad haircut experience so I was apprehensive about getting my hair cut again but Keely made me feel so comfortable. She gave me a wonderful scalp massage during washing, took her time during the cut to make sure it was absolutely perfect and styled it beautifully. I highly recommend this salon to make you feel like a queen!

The cut itself looks great, just with the whole situation of everything that went on throughout the entirety of the day I'll be going somewhere else next time**Edit:It's been a few months since I've been here and I've been to Status Salon instead to remove the horrible bonded extensions that were put in for me. Not once was I burned, not once did I feel like crying in the seat, I was given real hair for my extensions, everything was done during one single appointment, and I was given detailed aftercare instructions. Completely different than what happened at Heads Up Design. The more I speak and meet with other professionals in the business who do extensions and highlights the more I come to terms with how bad of an experience I had.

Both my husband and Son love going here. Keely and her staff are all amazing and very patient with children and young teens with ASD. I highly recommend this place.

Keeley is amazing! My hair was all broken and very sad, so was I. Now my hair is back to Beautiful! Thank you Soo much! I feel. It's important to support each other during these crazy times!

Today was my first time at this salon, and I had the best experience. Balayage & cut both turned out amazing! I also had an Olaplex treatment done, and the head massage alone was worth the money!! Highly recommend.

Keely was awful to deal with. She insisted on treating my children with no respect. She told me that she hurt her back and that she wanted the kids to just sit still.My son is a person that is very anxious about someone cutting his hair. This lady had no compassion and absolutely no patience. My children were like most kids. They would look at me and not straight ahead or would lift their heads up instead on looking down.I was appalled at the treatment and honestly wish I had said something.This place was recommended and I completely hope no one supports her. Please if you don’t have patience for children don’t cut their hair.(This was years ago)

We are so disappointed! We have been loyal customers since we moved here 4 years ago and the owner went sideways on us today.My teenage daughter was in pain and tears after asking several times for her to be more gentle during the service.Keely had cut my hair first and I agree that she was unusually rough/rushed. She took it to the next level when she cut my daughter’s longer hair, pulling it hard and scratching her scalp and telling her that her hair was “awful” and “terrible” and “way too thick”.This isn’t the way to speak to a young lady.My daughter has beautiful waist length hair and takes exceptional care of it. She is so disappointed that this simple trim and bangs cut is visibly uneven and her bangs are now a mess! It needs fixing before she’s comfortable to go out in public so we discussed it in the parking lot and went back into the business to kindly request that we come back another day to have a different stylist fix it for her.We were told no. This isn’t an option.Keely insisted on refunding our money.I was shocked and told her she can keep it as we intend to continue to be loyal customers if she could just be compassionate to my daughter (who didn’t want her to touch her again today) and we would be happy if she could just schedule us with a new stylist any time. Nope. She said she would rather we don’t come back and then made me take my money back!I honestly can’t wrap my head around this Keely, you were unreasonable, unprofessional and unkind.Everyone has bad days and I know it was the end of a long day for you but to react with such coldness and to say you’ve “never had a complaint in your life” is simply not how to do business.If you would like to make amends, you really owe my daughter an apology.
