My case was closing of a new built condo. The service provided by Ms Quan was very professional and I truly appreciate your great work.When initially asked for an estimated cost of my case, I was quoted with a service fee. The final total cost that I needed to pay associated with the case is 50%+ higher than just the service fee. The dollar amount doesn't look that unreasonable, and I understand there are adjustments or extra fees that is not part of the service fee. Still, I would appreciate if you could be more upfront for some of the likely to be incurred cost, such as the ProSuite software fee which by it alone is extra 25%.Extra costs / fees by themselves aren't issue at all to me, but for me it's important to know what to expect" when asking for costs."
