I ordered a hitch mounted cargo rack over a month ago thru Rona/ Lowes online. It arrived missing three critical parts. After two weeks of messaging & phoning they told me it was with their shipping dept. Nothing arrived. Finally, after complaining to a supervisor they found the parts I needed & sent them to me via snail mail. I am still waiting for the parts after 10 more days. Very poor in customer service, very poor packaging (three missing parts?), and extremely poor delivery service.
