Great drinks every time. The staff is friendly and polite. They make the drinks super quick. Worth stopping by for your next drink rather than waiting in the line for real fruit juice

Employee at this location was rude and aggressive while I tried to understand ingredients in the milk tea. I asked for milk alternatives, which they don’t have (no issue), but she kept saying “it’s not real milk”. I’m lactose intolerant; there is lactose in “evaporated milk”. It’s still milk.Instead of trying to help and explain in a courteous matter, she continued to get more rude as I explained my situation.Hire better staff.

I’ve been drinking Brown Sugar milk tea since 2018 when it was super popular in Taiwan.You need to teach your staff to listen to regular customers when they notice a problem.We ordered the brown sugar latte or and told the worker it didn’t have enough brown sugar and she continued to push saying that’s regular brown sugar.She stated she shook the drink that’s why it looks like that.Long story short they replaced it but it’s a hassle when the employee did a mistake and won’t on up to their own problem and have an attitude when making a drink to a regular customer.

Got the XXXL bubble tea. The lid had no straw opening, so we had to ask the worker to cut a hole for us. The drink was spilling all over.

Came here on a weekday evening. They didn't have anymore tapioca, so my husband and I settled for the sago in our drinks. I got the milk tea and he got the grapefruit yakult. After we got our drinks, I got an unusual texture in my mouth mixed with the sago while drinking. When I grabbed it, it looked like a chunk of a scrub sponge. I lost my appetite for my drink and threw it out. A couple hours later, my husband and I both felt sick to our stomachs. We had to keep going to the washroom throughout the night. Definitely not coming back here. This place completely ruined my experience with Coco's.
