Bought a ceiling lamp fixture here and they literally had the wrong model in the box, it didn't match the picture whatsoever. Return was simple enough but not something I should have to do. Bought 4 2x4s and the cutting experts" refused to make 4 simple straight cuts. Would only make 1 "courtesy cut". I offered to pay them and they still refused. Really pathetic considering they advertise cutting to length. Will never come back to this store and will advise others as well."

Staff are helpful and it's a good store probobly 2nd on my list of local near my home hardware store. This store is for the do it yourselfer and you can find most hardware supply's here at home Depot I do find them fairly within the price range of most hardware stores

My English bulldog and I went to buy a router for woodworking and the guy in tools -Linwood was his name was so knowledgeable and helpful. He found exactly what I wanted. He helped me with the bits. Then I asked him about orbital sanders. I don’t know much about them at all. He explained to me the difference between polishers and orbital sanders. I left my polisher there by mistake. I phoned him at the store. He said he’d put my name on it and said after I left he looked for more bits for router for me!!! Then he said give that bulldog a scratch from me. Amazing service. Home Depot should feel very lucky to have Linwood as an employee. Thank you

Deplorable customer service. My wife ordered a washing machine over the phone, and after one associate told her they had no white in stock, she was guaranteed they had a white one by a different guy who put it aside, after she read him the sku etc and he repeated it all back. I went and picked it up the next day, and it was the guy she spoke with, who was really rude and condescending with me. When I got home and into the house, unboxed a grey washer. Great work bud. Very incompetent.

I always have great experiences here with the staff. Home Depot is by far the best customer service I receive regularly from anywhere I shop and people who work here are so knowledgeable. The past two days Renton (Dave) in appliances spent 3-4 hours with me helping me plan and decide what to buy, and was so helpful and gracious with my indecision. Thank you so much for your wonderful help!
