Exceptional service! Went in to get a new battery for my watch and to get the size adjusted...I was looked after by a Kevin ( I think that was his name ) he was very friendly, professional and helpful . His coworker, Donna was busy serving another customer and I couldn't help but overhear how wonderful she was with her customers as well. Well done Charm Diamonds!! Your sales people are wonderful!

Walked in with my fiance and we stood there for 5 minutes on two different occasions in the same day but all the female co workers were too busy gossiping to help us so we bought our rings elsewhere

Was served today by Kevin gallant and I can't thank him enough for his above and beyond service. He answered all of our questions presented us with many options and in the end helped us pick out the perfect set to upgrade our wedding ring and engagement ring. We look forward to doing business with charm center and Kevin for many years to come.

I'm going to give this store 3 stars for something that may not even be in their control. I ordered on their website with the option of in store at regent mall. It turns out that if you still proceed to buy online it doesn't matter if it's in stock, they still ship it from elsewhere. That is very misleading. The only work around the staff have for you is to buy it again and return the online order when it arrives. Perhaps Charm diamond could get on board with the whole internet shopping experience and let you actually buy from what is in stock at your selected store.

Friendly staff and great service! They fixed and antique ring for me which included replacing a small diamond and sizing it from a 5 to a 3 all for $50. The ring came back looking shiny and new.

Very bad experience. Dealt with Tracey and she was very ignorant and rude. I was trying to buy a Guess Gold Watch and she kept on trying to get me to buy a silver or black one because she has something against young men that wear gold watches. I asked her what she thinks and she wouldn’t tell me because she says it would be very inappropriate. So I dropped everything and went down to Crescent Jewellers and they were amazing! I got the exact same watch that I wanted and nothing but polite service from them. I will never shop at Charmed Diamonds ever again.
