Had a whole team from LPH out to install a/c, garage heater and sump pump. Each and every one of the employees was friendly, helpful and professional. Job well done. You're always my first call and should be for others as well.

My first experience with LPH was when I was looking for a quieter check valve for my sump pump so it wouldn't rattle the house everytime it shut off. I sent my concerns off to several plumbing companies via email - LPH was first (and one of the only) to respond and address my concerns. I had them replace the valve and it worked perfectly.More recently we looked at doing a large upgrade (replace furnace, install AC, install a backup sump system and install a gas line for my BBQ). As I was so impressed with LPH we went straight to them and received a quote with a discount for doing all of the repairs at once (which noone else offered). They completed all of the work in one day, and it was done completely and professionally. They reply to your questions immediately whether it's in person or via email and are just a great group of folks. Can't recommend them highly enough for your next job, big or small!

Woke up and house temp was 9oC and -30 outside. Called to get a technician and got told there to busy and call someone else. Thankfully R&D we’re able to come fix it.

I would shop around for other prices. Very nice people and the repair guy was polite. They charge for travel in town. I had them come unclog my sink & bathtub. He was in my house for 30 minutes (maybe 35) and I was charged 1.5 hours.I asked why, and the office staff told me for travel. So while he was getting his morning coffee at Tim's and sitting at a train I was being charged? This would make sense if I was out of town. But my house was 5 mins away from their shop.I recommend other contractorsUPDATE:Are you trying to use exact minutes to make it sound better? Kyle was in my house for 40 (ish) minutes. Under an hour. Previous companies I have used do not charge travel in town. If I lived in Kitscoty, yes absolutely charge travel time. Your rates cover the in town travel and paperwork". Don't make your customers pay on top of your rate for a process you put in. Paperwork? To unclog a drain? Your invoice is "pre made" all you need to complete is populate time & equipment. That takes like 3 minutes to fill out. Just poor business to use that as an excuse for the time he didn't spend at my house.Did you actually say ACROSS town? Its Lloydminster...not Calgary. Your shop is Center & North side of Lloyd. My house is Middle and West side. Kyle drove1/4 way across town...lol. Another tool you are trying to use to make it sound like a lot of time. ACROSS town! The service was great

These guys are awesome! Our furnace stopped working on an early Sunday morning on the coldest day of the year. I called them and they were at my house within 20 minutes and had the furnace back up and running in 2 hours! The guy was very clean, quiet and respectful, we didn't even know he was here.

Terrible service. Lady that answers the phone was always rude to us. No communication with the home owner at all. Were also $1000 more then everyone else to get my heater installed. Need something done go to guardian plumbing and heating. Very disappointed and frustrated

Prompt service. They were here exactly when promised and we’re experienced and professional. All work was done as planned and there were enough workers that the A/C installation was done by noon reducing disruption for us. Care was taken and everything cleaned up before they left.

Was told what pricing was, agreed for them to do the job, paid for time and materials… then a week later get another bill that was an additional 50%+ higher than the bill I had paid. Called to question on the 2nd bill and was told that they’re sorry, they forgot to tell me I would have to pay an additional $120. Not very upfront or honest with their customers

Great experience. Got my garage heater replaced. Guys came in the morning and did a fantastic job. Very polite, very professional, great work

I've been able to use them over the years for quick responses on my furnace and for them to install my A/C system. Every time they've been helpful, on time (or fit me in early), and saved money troubleshooting easy solutions without trying to upsell or mislead. Easiest 5 star I've been able to hand out.
