The worst lawyer ever. We hired him to buy a property and he did a horrible job. He did not ask any legal status in Canada previous to the closure date. On the closure date told my husband (Canadian) and I that we will have to pay for a foreign tax (an extra $50.000) because I am not Canadian. My husband and I decided to call the Cooksville MP and they assured us that the foreign tax is for FOREIGNERS. I've been living in Canada for over 4 years. This lawyer didn't know anything.
