Sincero Cafe
One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in BC.1. Pho bo is super delicious and I cannot taste any MSG or artificial flavor from the soup.2. Banh Mi is also super tasty and the seasoning is very balanced.3. The portion size and the price of the food is reasonable.I strongly recommend this restaurant. This restaurant is very unforgettable.

Nice. We enjoyed the food. Overall was nice. We found the lemongrass grilled chicken was amazing . That’s the best one to choose.

A nice place to get your Pho fix in Revelstoke. Food was delicious but service was okay. This place is more of a counter service restaurant. You go up and order and serve yourself.

10 out of 10!!! Very cozy nice small place with outstanding food and pleasant service. It was a perfect blend of flavours, everything was deliciously spicy. Thank you for this gastronomic experience! :-)

Great comfort food for our Asian stomachs on our road trip across the Canadian Rockies!Very good pho but okay everything else. The bun Bo hue didn’t taste like the real thing but was tasty regardless. It was a bit too oily to our liking though. The BBQ pork mixed bowl was off - the pork tasted weird and overcooked.Would still recommend for anyone craving Vietnamese food / Asian when driving through this part of Canada!

The food at this restaurant is very authentic and tasty! I got the Bun Bo Hue with a cold Vietnamese Coffee and hit the spot after a long day of skiing! Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

Food was delicious! My partner and I ordered different soups both of which were spot on! Excellent stop to fill you up and grab something to go :) ordered and paid at counter, sat in resto to enjoy meal, food came quickly enough!
