Awesome people, good service reasonably priced. A flat repair is cheaper than getting your tires topped up with air at Diesel Tech. Who knew!

I've had them change my tires for years, every time I called they said that it was 'first come first serve'. Never had a problem.I took it in today and now I need an appointment. Nope, I will take my business elsewhere.

I first went into Fountain Tire around the second week of Sept 2020 when my one of my tires blew up on the highway home. They replaced it for me right away and provided excellent customer service. I just got good year winter tires from Fountain Tire in Delta, there is a special on, I even got a $75 rebate. It only took them 30 minutes for all 4 winter tires, came to about $700. They even found a nail in one of my summer tires and fixed it for me for free! I highly recommend this place! Ask for Norm Lee or Cameron, they're really nice.

Thorough Professionals! Spoke with Dean on a Monday morning for a quote on a set of tractor tires, ordered them that afternoon and had them installed the next morning. Price wound up being a little better than quoted, service time was excellent. Good advice, quality service and product.It was a pleasure dealing with professionals who know their business.

Less than a week before a road trip, I noticed damage to one of my car's tires. Trying to get it replaced on short notice was proving to be extremely difficult. A few shops wouldn't even answer their phones. The few that did, were not able to get the tires quickly and fit me in to actually get the work done.I decided to seek help just outside of our local area, and was EASILY able to book what I needed online within seconds at Fountain Tire. Not only that, the tires were in stock and I didn't even have to go to the shop to get them put on. THEY CAME TO ME in less than 48 hours.The work took about an hour, and Jeff was excellent. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient. A+++ all around. I couldn't be happier or more grateful!

I think the owners used to have a shop on Fraser Hwy and 156th before. They were awesome! Now that I found the same guys, I'm going to drive out all the way there to get my tires serviced and or replaced! Been trying to find out where they moved to for a long time. Best service I ever had!

I thought I would give Fountain Tire my business because they had a specific drive tire with a tread pattern I wanted to try. Although my experience over the phone with the sales rep was good, as soon as I arrived with my truck I noticed a 5 tonne truck having their tires removed on my passenger side. I proceeded to the bay left of me and noticed a tire technician staring at me with an aggressive manner off to the side. I proceeded forward slowly as the bay was very narrow in width and the tire technician working on the 5 tonne was extremely close to my steering tire on my semi and the technician standing off to the side did not take any initiative to help guide me in. As soon as I pulled up the technician looked at me aggressively and yelled at me to drop my trailer no hello nothing absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in a tire shop. I am used to going to kail tire where I'm always greeted with a smile and treated fairly. I will never use fountain tire for my fleet after speaking to the manager as well didn't seem to care very much.

I’ve been driving big rigs for past 6 year ,The service experience from fountain tire, technician Jacob is fantastic. I am impressed by his high level of knowledge. A fast and quick tire change with a smile on his face. I am 100 percent satisfied from his work.Keep up the the good work :)
