GVRD’s only true barcade. Missing is a wider selection of craft beer on tap but everyone should support places like this. The games are legit the vibe is correct. Clean.

Such a throwback to the golden age of stand up arcades. The place was clean, the games were in great shape, a good selection, wonderful ambiance and nice staff. Location is good with a variety of restaurants in walking distance. The offer beer as well.

We had a great time here today. Such a great way to play. 1 price and free play for an hour or longer if you want. The staff was so welcoming and asked us to let them know how it was for Cruz's wheelchair to be accessible getting around in there. Never had a business care so much before!! Cruz found it super easy to get around and reach the games. I highly reccomend this place! It was like being back in the arcade when I was a kid!

Capital City Classic Arcade is amazing. It’s filled with great games that really take you back in time. The ambience is much more intimate than something like Rec Room and the owners are incredibly nice! It’s a perfect spot to go on a fun date night. Highly recommend.

Capital City has an incredible lineup of well maintained arcade classics. While most other arcades are stuffed with bad conversions of mobile games, CC is holding the torch for genuine hardware cabinets of hall of fame games. This place is a clear labor of love and I can't wait to come back.

Great little place, very nice ro see an old fashion video arcade games, very clean with friendly staff. Great place for kids and adults alike.

The owners have a real passion for this. Loved the atmosphere, loved the games, and best of all, the owner was really kind and let us bring a cake to celebrate my birthday. Really a super fun quality establishment that's fun for the whole family. Will definitely come again.

This place was better than I expected. I have played these games on my PC with a real arcade stick but I hadn't played some of these games on real a machine in years. I will say that it is like night and day. Most of the older games are timing based and while emulation at home lets you at least play the games, it will never compare to playing a game like pacman in real time with no delay and with a proper joystick. It becomes very addictive fast. Arcade 1up is a neat novelty but will never come close to the real machine. 1 hour of play was good to try a few of the games and check the place out, but I think 2hours will be better if I want to sit down and play a game or 2 more seriously. This might be the only classic arcade left since Movieland downtown closed. All original games, great variety from 70's to 90's; atmosphere feels like the the old arcades.Only issue I had was the volume was either off or way to low on a couple of my favourites. Definitely worth a visit.If you want to experience the games the way they were meant to be experienced, also play the games properly and understand what made them so popular when they came out, you should visit this place. Best classic arcade in town. I will definitely be back!

Exceeded my expectations! I was glad to see that the owners had worn masks, and they were very courteous. Place and machines were well kept. The place was not too crowded tonight. For $12 before tax (Wed, Thurs special), it is definitely worth it. I had a lot of fun, and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! The magnetic cup holder was also VERY COOL. You just stick it to the coin slot, and there you go... how cool is that!?

Wow what a place! Glad I finally decided to come here. Was on my bucket list for awhile now.Place is awesome. Felt like I was transported back to the 80’s. Like really.Great selection of games. Played tons of games didn’t even know existed/ only heard about. I also brought my 4 year old son. I thought might be too retro for him. But I was very wrong about that.Games were in Exceptional condition. Play was very clean.Just awesome. Looking forward to coming back again.
