ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning

Very unprofessional. Caused more damage to our home when they demoed and brought back furniture and personal items they cleaned damaged. We brought it to the workers attention as it came off a crammed truck which didn't have one moving blanket, etc. to protect our items and then they refused to take responsibility, so now we have an entire damaged bed set, couch and decor items that have to be replaced at our own cost. They were a complete nightmare to work with.

They were there when my whole kitchen flooded from a hose on back of dish washer. My whole house including basement flooded. Quick response and great job thank you.

My aunt lives in an apartment building for seniors in Hayward, WI. She is 93. This ServiceMaster location was called to do cleanup after a fire that occurred there earlier this week. It did appear that they were doing a thorough job.As we entered the hallway and passed we 2 technicians who were cleaning carpets, no masks were being worn. When a a trio of ServiceMaster employees came to access if there was damage to my Aunt’s apartment, they knocked and when we answered they entered WITHOUT MASKS!I asked if they could put them on and 2 of the three didn’t even have one with them. They said they left them in the van. Only one who had one in her pocket, put it on at my request. I actually had to ask.Regardless of where anyone stands on using masks, I assumed that there was a collective understanding that we need to protect our most vulnerable citizens. They were doing work in an apartment building for senior citizens, many with serious health issues, during a pandemic. Unbelievable. When I called the office, (which took a bit to find as they bought their service vehicle used from another location and never changed the wrap so the phone number listed was out of the Twin Cities.) Whoever answered I spoke to at ServiceMaster Rice Lake, verified that they were doing a restoration project in Hayward. She listened as I explained my concern & said mmmm hmm, mmm hmm and only after I told her that I would be reviewing them she said she would talk to them when they returned. I believe that this lackadaisical behavior when Wisconsin is leading the country in new cases of Covid due to community spread is unprofessional, unacceptable, and simply irresponsible.

After an emotional few days. We would like to Thank Leslie from Service Master Restore, and her AMAZING team for helping us get through this disaster. We highly recommend this company. Her company was on time, efficient, and helped us take care of our not so little project. Many thanks to Leslie, and Service Master.

Leslie and her team went above and beyond for us after our sewer mound flooded into our finished basement. They are experts in their field and they deserve higher than a five star rating for their exceptional service. This company delivers and makes a crappy situation better. In addition to taking care of the mess, they took the time to explain the processes and document the loss. Don’t settle for less...call Service Master!

We put in a service call for help with a sewer back up, wet basement and mold. They came out immediately and worked efficiently to take care of each issue....from demolition to nasty clean up to mold removal! We are extremely satisfied with this company and the friendliness of the owner and the lovely lady on the phone. We would have no hesitation in recommending Restore-U.

They were ready to come Very soon. Were complete in doing full job / whole basement ! I could tell they respected the property .

This Service Masters team responded ASAP, reviewed our water damage situation and quickly gave us a full estimate of service to clear all contents of flooded basement, re-boxed and catalogued all things salvaged, list all items for loss, pictures of whole process for us and insurance. Set up water remediation immediately, treated floor and walls for mold prevention, ran equipment for days and monitored moisture level to attain recommended for any mold abatement. Saved us from weeks of stress and potential worse damage. Did not quit until the job was done, satisfactorily to all parties!

These guys are incredible!!! They were at our home an hour after we called them with our flooded basement, super friendly and professional! It was so great being able to leave them alone at my home to do their job and having no worries or concerns, not to mention how quickly they got everything done from demolition to clean up was less then 6 hours! If you have a flooded basement, or any other needs, these guys are seriously who you need to call! Thanks a million to Leslie and her amazing team she has!
