I thought these guys just sold tires. Service counter communicated well with me using technology. It was great to receive diagnostics on my phone and by email. This showed a level of accountability and honesty.

I brought my wheels to this shop after a friend had a great experience here. They take great care of your wheels when mounting tires. This is not typical of your average shop. I have had many wheels damaged at other shops but these ones didn't have a scratch! This will be my go to from now on and I will be recommending them to my friends.

Absolutely love Tanya&Louis’ Active. This shop will always take the best care of you & I will never even consider taking my car anywhere else.Front area staff are always ready to answer questions and give you comprehensive information back - I typically get the pleasure of speaking with Logan but anyone else is just as lovely, fantastic customer service from everyone, great mechanics, kind and present owners. All around great.I quite seriously have no complaints. Best place to take your car in the entire KWC area and beyond.

i brought my car here after being recommended by a coworker, after being told i would only be charged a certain amount, i show up to pay and i owe almost 300 dollars more than what i was told. they told me they fixed my overheating issue, 20 minutes after being stuck in traffic my car started overheating. i called multiple times to speak to the manager there and a year later i still have not been contacted back. would not recommend to anybody.Yes cambridge. Was under my coworkers name but left my name for the callback i did not receive.

Last minute tire issues today. My usual guy wasn't able to help me so I called AGR!!! They were amazing and quick! So much so, that I will be going back! Other garage I would normally go to forgot to put my cabin filter door back on?! Anyway, they saved me today with great service from Logan and his team and I cannot thank them enough! :)

I surprisingly like this place. I have had a flat tire for awhile and I was afraid to bring it Into a tire shop because they were gonna make me get new tires. That was not the case at all. The diagnoses was reasonable and priced fair. They fixed the tire and gave me an overall inspection of my vehicle with a report. No extra charge. I got my car back in an hour and spent next to nothing and left with a sound peace of mind. Highly recommend.
